Senior Program Coordinator
The Senior Program Coordinator will be primarily responsible for the ongoing operation and implementation of the 12th-grade components of the Rowan County Crosby Scholars program to assure the scholars and families are being served with the best knowledge and offered the most personalized services.

High School Outreach Specialist
The Crosby Scholars High School Outreach Specialist will assist in implementing activities and initiatives that enhance the recruitment and retention of high school students with a particular focus on underserved groups in Rowan County. The candidate should have the desire to learn about college access trends and cultural issues that affect college access. The candidate will dedicate the majority of time to outreach and retention efforts through a presence in schools coordinating on-site programs and building relationships with students and staff. (Bilingual Spanish preferred.)

Marketing & Engagement Coordinator
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Marketing and Engagement Coordinator is responsible for managing all marketing and public relations, as well as community engagement, for Rowan County Crosby Scholars Community Partnership.

Financial Aid Coordinator
The Financial Aid Coordinator will oversee the scholarship and Last Dollar Grant programs. They will also plan and present in-person and virtual financial aid sessions to students and parents. The FA Coordinator will be the lead contact with high schools, assisting our guidance liaisons to meet their FAFSA completion goals. Working with senior advisors, they will provide expert financial aid assistance for students and parents for FAFSA completion and verification. (This individual will serve populations in both Rowan and Iredell County programs.)
