¡Ánimo! is an outreach program within Crosby Scholars Rowan dedicated to empowering Hispanic/Latino students by eliminating barriers to success, promoting the benefits of higher education, and fostering a strong sense of community and belonging.

- Educar a los estudiantes hispanos/latinos sobre la importancia de la excelencia académica y las estrategias para el éxito.
- Inspirar a los estudiantes a explorar y seguir una variedad de opciones postsecundarias con confianza y entusiasmo.
- Informar a los estudiantes y a sus familias sobre temas clave de matriculación universitaria, incluyendo la selección de escuelas, becas y caminos educativos.
- Fomentar un sentido de comunidad y pertenencia entre los estudiantes hispanos/latinos mediante la creación de espacios seguros para compartir experiencias y afrontar juntos los desafíos.
- Conectar con los estudiantes y sus familias a través de una comunicación culturalmente receptiva, incluida la provisión de información en español cuando sea necesario.

- Inspire students to explore and pursue a variety of postsecondary options with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Inform students and their families about key college enrollment topics, including school selection, scholarships, and educational pathways.
- Foster a sense of community and belonging among Hispanic/Latino students by creating safe spaces to share experiences and navigate challenges together.
- Connect with students and families through culturally responsive communication, including providing information in Spanish when needed.
