Adulting 101- Senior Academy

Juniors and Seniors-

You are invited to learn the skills needed as an adult to interact and have a conversation in an educational, professional or personal situation.

You will receive academy credit for attending and gain life skills to help you become a better communicator.

This will be a fun, interactive, and engaging academy that will help you develop stronger communication skills.

A firm handshake, eye contact, and the right words to say at the right moment…

Who doesn’t want to learn how to interact professionally and build their confidence? Join us for an informative and interactive evening and earn academy credit.

Students will learn and develop:

• Soft skills
• Active listening
• Networking, dressing for success
• How to advocate for yourself
• Phone etiquette (and cell phone usage, social media repercussions)
• Thank yous for scholarships, recommenders
• Notifying schools that you will not attend
